Handsken

A player I always enjoy scrimming with or against—HANDSKEN—a player with a unique playstyle, currently fragging for Lions.

Handsken: My first experience playing HoN was on a LAN with my friends, who wanted me to try out this new DotA version, as they said. It was a lot of fun and I remember playing Scout every game while only skilling stats.

My favorite moment in HoN must've been about a year ago when someone asked me to go to a LAN event in Gothenburg, Sweden, where I played and met a bunch of people. It was a lot of fun and even though we didn't win I got to experience how much fun it can be to play on a competitive level instead of just playing TMMs all day.

Milkfat

The only player born with endless HoN skills, the only player who has 100% win rate, and the only person who hasn't died even once in the history of HoN: MILKFAT!

Milkfat: When I first started playing HoN there were only 7 heroes to choose from. I remember the good old days when each game had three Jeraziahs and each one had a Mock of Brilliance as their passive. As expected, I absolutely crushed my first game and crushed every game after that—in fact I can't ever recall a game where I didn't just completely dominate.

My favorite moment in HoN would have to be when Moiravus entered my life.

DeathGr0wL

A player I've met in casual TMMs who has always amazed me with his talents and fun character, a really nice and skilled player, DEATHGR0WL.

DeathGr0wL: I came home for vacation after a huge gaming break and my old DotA noob companions told me to try HoN. On my old PC it took me like 15 minutes to load the game. Ingame I was like, "Which of those are DotA Heroes!!!" and eventually I picked the Necrolyte (Soul Reaper) and fed entirely with my 10 Frames Per Second. Never touched HoN again until I got my new laptop.

Second question is silly—there are so many epic moments that I cannot decide which one is my favorite!

BreakyCPK

THE best player in the whole world, the only one who could get 1998 PSR in only 3 games with 67% win—he's just THAT good: BREAKYCPK.

BreakyCPK: My first experience playing HoN was getting a Beta key from one my DotA friends, and instead deciding to try out HoN rather than play some more DotA. I immediately fell in love with the graphics and the smoothness of the engine.

My favorite moment in HoN would have to be my first DreamHack Event; it was the first time I had ever realized the true potential of not only eSports, but competitive HoN as well. It was such a great experience seeing people in real life that actually enjoy and are passionate about the same game you are.

Another ex-clanmate of mine from DreamHon Summer Championships time, a great teammate and a great player with unbelievable skills, currently playing for Fortune Bakery, you have MIESTY`.

miesty`: My first experience playing HoN was in early Beta. I believe I played Pharaoh and went somewhere along the lines of 0-10, I was then kicked from that game by my raging teammates. Also I played strictly -em games (shoutout to PC) until it was replaced with Casual Mode, then I moved my -em inflated 1950 PSR to the 1817 + in-houses where I was surprisingly pretty good.

My favorite moment in HoN was playing with [uqt] (shoutout to FearRyder, the best Voodoo Jester in the world). And in particular, when running one of [uqt]'s famously horrific trilanes (Succubus, Voodoo Jester, Myrmidon—yeah I know, right?) I believe I can directly quote Kash "FearRyder" Lagad saying, "HOLD HIM DOWN SO I CAN SUCK HIM" as he was intensely playing Succubus.
