HoN Tour Season 4 Cycle 6 has officially started and last weekend saw the first eleven matches of the Cycle being played. Seven of the eight teams in Diamond have had at least two matches already, giving us a good idea how this Cycle is turning out to go and in the coming weekdays, more matches will be played, including [Sync]Sync eSports finally making their first move. But let's take a look at how the matches turned out first before moving on to future games.

Saturday

[coL]compLexity Gaming versus [ECx]Evil Corporation and [Mint]Fresh versus [Hex]Polymorph were the first matches of the day and both ended up with the favourite team winning their match, which meant three points for both compLexity Gaming and Fresh. Followed by that, compLexity and Fresh were shooting it out, which ended in a draw and Evil Corporation welcomed [NiK]Nightmare Knights, giving them a spanking and winning the match, three points for the Corporation. Finally, late in the evening, Fresh and Evil Corporation were set to play, which resulted in Fresh winning the match, also [2ero]TwoZero and the Nightmare Knights had their match and it was won by TwoZero, earning them three precious points.

Sunday

Moving on to Sunday, six more matches were scheduled to be played, although one was later rescheduled, so five matches it was. Starting off the day, Evil Corporation faced Polymorph and defeated them while [BMG]BadMonkeyGaming had their first match of the Cycle, which was against TwoZero, resulting in the first three points and the victory for BMG. Next in line were the matches compLexity Gaming versus BMG and TwoZero against Polymorph. The first was a victory for compLexity, the second match resulted in a draw, giving Polymorph their first point. The last match of the day and the conclusion of the first Group Phase weekend was Evil Corporation versus TwoZero and here we saw Evil Corporation go to town with their opponents, a rather quick victory for ECx and a devastating defeat for TwoZero. The match compLexity Gaming versus Polymorph, which was scheduled to happen at the same time was rescheduled to Monday at 13:00 EST | 19:00 CET.

With these results, we now have three teams well on their way to the Playoffs and two in serious trouble, luckily they all still have several matches to play. The top of the Group are made of Evil Corporation, who won three matches and lost two, giving them a total of nine points so far, followed by compLexity Gaming and Fresh, who both have two wins and a draw, thus seven points. TwoZero and BadMonkeyGaming follow in the mid field, TwoZero with a win, a draw and two losses for a four point total and BMG with a win and a loss, equaling three points. Finally we have Polymorph and Nightmare Knights in relative hot water, Polymorph lost two matches and got a draw, for a whooping whole point total and Nightmare Knights lost both of their matches so far, but they still got enough potential points ahead of them, so there is no need to panic. Sync eSports haven't gotten a single point yet as well, but that is because they haven't played a match yet, which will change in the near future.

Coming up will be the weekday matches, the first one, as mentioned before will be this Monday, on Tuesday then we will have Sync versus Nightmare Knights at 12:00 EST | 18:00 CET and at 14:00 EST | 20:00 CET Sync will play again, this time against Fresh. And on Thursday, Fresh and TwoZero will meet up at 12:00 EST | 18:00 CET, followed by another TwoZero match at 14:00 EST | 20:00 CET, this time at Sync eSports. Honcast will cover the weekday matches at usual, so make sure to tune in on time, it's going to be fun!
